My brother, Charles, sent me this website so I could see photos of the reunion last weekend. Back in the mid-70s was an active member of the HSSC, especially racing Scorpions with Mike Lingwood, Ken Urquhart and many many others all round the south-east. This was the days before the clubhouse was built.

Am now living in the Sahel in eastern Chad working with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) dealing with 400,000 Sudanese refugees and internally displaced Chadians - it was a delight to be transported out of this environment back to my sailing days in Hythe.

Must ask my mother, Jo Hagger, if we have any photos from the past for your Photo Gallery.

Greetings to all old friends and sailing companions.

Sue

Its great to hear from you, and about the fantastic and hugely important work you are doing out in Chad.

I'm so glad you enjoyed looking at the website, and would welcome any photos you might wish to send.
