JIT strives to provide the best possible service to its customers. Clients can login to this area to use either of the tools detailed below, or to view and approve designs.

This section is spacifically designed to speed up development processes by enabling clients to report bugs/changes and approve work at times that are even out of hours.
   
Job Tracking System

The JIT Job Tracking System (JTS), has been designed mainly for clients using JIT's consultancy services for bespoke development.
Here, every developer logs what developments have been done, and how long it took in order for everyone to have a realtime view of how much time and money is being spent. The JTS also enables clients to download copies of invoices if needed.
Bug Tracking System

This system, also known as BTS, enables clients to post bugs/support requests concerning developments.
This system notifies the project manager and all relevant developers that a problem has been posted. the system keeps a log of which developer has taken responsibility, and enables them to post notes on the issue for the client to see. When the problem has been resolved, the reporter will be notified, and will then be closed.
